Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in original condition, unworn, and unwashed with all tags attached within 30 days of delivery for ready-to-wear items.

  Submit a Request

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 3.
  Package and Post

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and use the provided prepaid shipping label to drop off your parcel at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection

  Once received at our studio, our quality control team will inspect the item before issuing a refund to your original payment method or processing your exchange.
